This modular QCC Brain is electronically compatible with the selected sewing machine. The included QCC Connector Cord (not pictured) plugs into the sewing machine's foot pedal port, connecting the QCC Brain to the sewing machine.
This is not a complete Quilter's Cruise Control® unit, which contains frame mounting hardware, encoders, etc.

The small-hole optical encoder is compatible with these frames: B-Line, HandiQuilter (older model), Inspira (Original), Hinterberg (Original and Stretch), and New Joy (Magic and Gold Standard).

Designed for use with certain stitch-regulated long-arm sewing machines (18″ and larger). Built to OEM-quality standards.
Y-cable, Round Connector, 4-wire (R4W)
An aftermarket y-cable that directly replaces the wiring harness connecting the stitch regulator's main control box to both optical encoders. This 4-wire y-cable replaces the factory original and gives solid electrical connections for precise machine performance. Made in Taiwan.
Important: carefully inspect your existing/original y-cable to make sure it's compatible.
Y-cable, Square Connector, 3-wire (S3W)
An aftermarket y-cable that directly replaces the wiring harness connecting the stitch regulator's main control box to both optical encoders. This model has a square, phonejack-style plug and 3-wire small connectors. It replaces the factory original and gives solid electrical connections for precise machine performance. Made in the USA.
Important: carefully inspect your existing/original y-cable to make sure it's compatible. Wire colors may vary from those shown; this does not affect function.

Optical Encoder for Long-Arm — Style A
A high-precision aftermarket optical encoder that replaces the original black encoder on long-arm machines with built-in stitch regulation, including Pfaff 18.8, HV 18×8, Tin Lizzie (original and 18LS), and Queen Quilter models.
Style A restores the accurate speed sensing that consistent stitch regulation depends on. 5/16″ mounting hole. Made in the USA.
